What happens if we can’t attend or need to change our session date? 

Please always contact us ASAP if you cannot attend. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be accommodating. However, to ensure fair scheduling and staffing, we have the following policy:

  • 48 hours notice:  You will receive a full refund or be able to transfer your tickets to another date.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: We will make a good faith effort to resell your tickets. If we are successful you will receive a full refund or be able to transfer your tickets to another date.
